Stunning value in this chalky, waxy riesling, with attractive notes of orange peel and spiced, baked apple. The wine is produced from directly-pressed Riesling that is fermented with native yeasts in old oak casks, before being aged in large-format old barrels. Enough richness and opulence for the winter months, but with plenty of acidity to cut through.
