A Primeur that stands out with its intoxicatingly ripe aromas of wild strawberries and undertones of cinnamon, autumnal spice and forest floor. Lifted and supple in texture as intended, this is straight up party juice that’s best served chilled alongside tapas or soft rind cheeses, or with nothing at all. The grapes come from Jean-Francois’ family estate in South Beaujolais and underwent natural fermentation in whole-bunches with nothing added and nothing taken away.
