One of Jeff’s iconic wines made from mainly Syrah, grown a stones throw from olive, fig, and almond trees on his family’s 20 hectare farm. The fruit is destemmed, macerated for about two weeks in cement tanks before aging in concrete and fibre. Red berry, textured, and ever so slightly spiced. A wine we hope we can get our hands on for years to come.
