Why do couples produce such special wine? Manual Harvesters Anouk Lavoie-Lamoureux and Paul-André Risse are forensic with 'Savvy B'. They have a bunch of plots growing exclusively 'trusty' Sauvignon Blanc at various heights above sea level, each bottle of wine comes from one of these different plots, it couldn't be any more terroir expressive if it tried, this is from a plot with clay and silex and 20 year old vines. After trying three at a tasting a few weeks back this was the wine that stole my heart. It's both rich and zippy, elegantly decadent,  perfect over a good meal or on it's own.
