An incredibly fresh expression of Furmint from young Hungarian winemaker Bence Szilagyi, grown on limestone soils near Lake Balaton. Part direct-pressed and part whole bunch fermented, short  skin-maceration and aromas of lime peel, quince and asian pear. Refreshing and well-textured on the palate with electric acidity, chalky minerals and a touch of VA that helps the fruit shine even more. Aged in a mix of old oak barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphur whatsoever.
