In a departure from the typical blending production style, Cantillon have here made a single vintage lambic. The beer is aged in old barrels for three years, and unusually for them, not refermented in bottle. The result is an enticingly golden beer with a richer profile, offering a wonderful balance between savoury depth and a mellow honeyed roundness.
