Dreyer adheres to the Alsatian tradition by continuing his father's winemaking legacy and embracing biodynamic practices since 2003. Gentle maceration leads on to ageing in old barrels, really bringing out the toasty, gastronomic qualities of Auxerrois. It's aromatic and medium bodied - we’re talking spice and mandarins, stone fruit. Super mineral, balanced and delicious, of course.
