Elegant, complex and soulful expression of Chardonnay from the perhaps less-heralded region of Doubs, situated in between Burgundy and the Jura. Layered aromas of gunflint reduction, ripe white stone fruits mingles with a structured and evolving palate of citrus rind, pineapple, whipped butter, toasted almond and hints of butterscotch. Ready to drink now, however wines of this pedigree need time to reach full maturity and will, hence, mature gracefully with further ageing.
