An elegant but lively Aligoté that’s brimming with mineral tension and citrusy acids. The wine is produced from Aligoté grapes that are pressed directly and fermented with indigenous yeast, followed by 12 months ageing in barrels, and just minimal SO2 added at bottling. Bright notes of lemon and grapefruit combine with a floral edge on the nose and palate.
