Originally from Toronto, Alanna Lagamba found her way into the wine world while working in Berlin, where she crossed paths with Rheinhessen winemaker Martin Wörner. Fast-forward to 2019, and Alanna crafted her first wine, Frauen Power, using a plot of Dornfelder Martin had left untouched. Inspired by her Italian roots, she set out to create a German take on Lambrusco—and the result was nothing short of delightful.
