A big white made for food. Manzoni (born from a cross between Riesling and Pinot Bianco) grown on calcareous clay in the hands of legendary Trieste-winemaker, Elisabetta Foradori. It’s full-bodied and fresh. White flowers meet stone fruit, it’s sophisticated and nutty. Drinks very well now and will also mature beautifully in the next few years.
