Parameters spur creativity. Lezèr is created from a short maceration of Teroldego. Inspired by the ferocious hail storms of 2017 which left Foradori with a tiny harvest and the opportunity to do some experimenting. Over the years Lezèr has been made by batch testing grapes in amphorae, wood, cement and steel, not leaving the grapes on the skins for more than 24 hours. Super fun wine.
