Big field grape energy, we’re talking 20+ local varieties. It has the most stunning ruby red hue. Tiago’s wines are known for their characteristic freshness and acidity because his wines sit at high altitude above the briney Douro river at 550m-700m. Also due to the fact his grapes grow in granite and clay soils instead of the slate and schist soils you find lower down closer to the water. All the grapes were hand harvested and vinified in concrete, with about 3 days skin contact.
