Saline, zippy goodness. Garnacha grapes picked from a Medieval parcel known as the ‘The Witches Path’ in the heart of Penedes in the countryside, just South of Barcelona. The grapes were direct pressed, fermentation kicked off in steel tanks before finishing fermenting in the bottle, known as ancestral or ‘Pet Nat’ method. Unfined unfiltered, undisgorged and no added sulphites. Legend has it that once you drink this wine, a Catalan spirit enters inside you for up to 24 hours.
