This year, Jaques Fevrier had to buy his grapes from friends due to the destructive weather of 2021. Hopefully this super fun litre-sized sharing bottle will help keep his business afloat throughout what was a very hard year. These Gamay grapes have come from Anjou, had a 6 day maceration and fibreglass ageing.
Serving is simple: pop it in the fridge for an hour and then drink at sunset with friends. It is light and refreshing enough to pair with an array of summery dishes, especially antipasti, but believe us, it won’t last long. Also goes well with pizza, bbq and fresh, zesty salads. It’s about as fresh and juicy as you can get.
