A delicate and pure but generous rosé with an attractively hazy pale ruby hue. The wine is produced from a blend of Gamay and Hybrid grapes from Dumora’s vineyards in the Auvergne, combined with Colombard from a friend in the Minervois, all of which are pressed directly to earthenware jars for fermentation and a short ageing period. Notes of wild strawberries, blood orange and minerals.
