This gorgeous crimson-hued beer is the second collaboration between Cantillon and natural wine legends Cantina Giardino. Here, a three-year-old lambic is macerated on Aglianico for three months in chestnut barrels, before a young lambic is added to create a second fermentation in bottle. Remarkably refreshing but full of intrigue, with a wonderful balance between sour wild berries, bitter herbs, and earthiness.
