Middle-weight fruity, juicy, peppery, smokey, spicy Rosé rocket, something we’ve come to expect from the best Pinot Noirs in Alsace. 12 hour whole bunch maceration, stainless steel tank fermentation. Aged on lees, no filtration. Wish we had more so we could drink some of them.
