Domaine des Marnes Blanches Crémant du Jura 2022
This traditional-method Crémant is made from organically grown Chardonnay planted on Jurassic limestone and marl soils, and delivers delightfully poised bubbles. The vines are tended with biodiversity in mind, and the base wine is vinified with indigenous yeasts before resting for two years on lees. Green apple, lemon pith, and meet soft brioche notes and chalky, saline minerality.
