Old-vine Jura Chardonnay from a site rich in iron, limestone and marine life fossils. The wine is fermented in stainless steel before spending two years ageing in a mixture of oak barrels and foudre, which is where it develops its stunning texture, and is then bottled with a low dose of sulphur. Notes of vanilla bean, confit citrus, and minerals meld in the long, complex finish.
