Taste & Terroir: A blend of Pinot Noir and Trousseau from forty year old vines planted over grey marl and limestone in a parcel named En Curon. Fermented with whole bunches for a couple of months before being pressed off to cuve, from this cooler vintage, it pairs the beautiful aromatics of both grapes wonderfully.
