A perfect organic Pinot Noir for times that call for a light, easy drinking, food-friendly red. Aromas of small red fruits and floral touches jump out of the glass, leading to a fresh and balanced palate with gentle tannins and lip-smacking acidity. The grapes underwent two weeks of whole-bunch maceration and fermentation in stainless steel before resting for 6 months in tank. Unfined, unfiltered and bottled with a small addition of sulphur. Easy coming, easy going and most likely gone in no time!
