A skin-contact blend of equal parts Garganega and Pinot Bianco grown on limestone soils in Colli Berici, Veneto. Pale gold in the glass and with a well-balanced, textural palate of ripe white peach, orange peel, green pineapple, touches of wild balsamic herbs peppered with a pleasing saline finish. Farmed organically, the grapes spent 4-6 days on skins before ageing in concrete vats for 6 months.
