Rest in peace Julie, sadly she had a heart attack this year and greatly missed by all of the winemaking community. ‘Dancing Queen’ is made from 90 year old vines grown across wild Fleurie woodlands in and around 3 hectares of land. Planted in soils of complex terroir of pink granite, basalt and quartz. Delightfully delicate on the palate, red berries and light spice are met with insane minerality - a real example of wine made from some of the best quality Gamay vines by one of the best to ever do it in Fleurie.
