Catalan’s call orange wine Brisat, and Joan’s Metamorphika Muscat is the perfect example of one with very gentle skin contact. Muscat from old bush vines on the hills of Conca de Barbera. A 6 week maceration takes place in large amphora, 30-40% whole bunch while the rest is destemmed and then moved to rest into old oak barrels and foudre for 6 months before bottling.
