Ageing in French oak barrel as well as chestnut barrel (made from 100 year old chestnut trees from the farm. It’s got that gentle Sicilian coastal line infused salinity. tempered with melon honey suckle and a refreshing herbal finish.
A unique expression of terroir, named after the song Caravan Petrol to reference the strength and success of Etna wines.
