Zero-zero rosé in a can! Jordi Llorens is pushing boundaries in Catalonia, here creating a generous wine from 35-year-old vines of Parellada and Macabeo that are fermented with native yeast and macerated for a few days on Grenache and Syrah skins, before ageing for six months in amphorae. Almost ruby in colour, it’s fruit-forward but still remarkably fresh.
