A striking bright ruby coloured rose petnat in a can from Penedes. Produced from a blend of thirty-five-year-old Parellada and 17-year-old macabeau, that was pressed and macerated on the skins of garnaxta and syrah, bled, and then canned before the fermentation was complete, without fining or filtration, to create fizz according to the petnat method. Fine bubbles, generous stone fruit and red forest berries, and a generally easygoing profile.
