A new cuvée from 2022, this is an incredibly generous Pinot from vineyards in Savigny and Mâcon. The wine was produced by Catharina Sadde, a young winemaker with one of the most impressive CVs in Burgundy, including a stint at Domaine de la Romanée Conti – who uses a mixture of whole cluster and destemmed berries, ambient yeast fermentation in wooden vats, followed by 12 months aheing in used barrels, and minimum SO2 added only after malolactic fermentation or before bottling. Fun and lively, with sappy fruit concentration.
