Pale pink rosé with a natural effervescence. Made from 100% Hondarribi Belza, the Basque region’s native red grape, the vines grow on steep slopes with sandy soils, with vinification taking place in stainless steel vats, bottling with residual carbon to give it its trademark spritz. Vibrant and tangy with lots of ripe red berries, as well as citrus and floral hints.
