When beer is produced from pristine alpine water of Voirons and then aged on top notch wine grape lees, the result is wonderful. Here, the beer sits on Chenin Blanc lees for 9 months, with the grapes coming from Roche de Mûrs near Angers. There’s ample orchard fruit, which Chenin so often provides, in a drink of beautiful balance.
