A fruity but structured and persistent white wine with the added bonus of coming in a sustainable bag-in-box. The wine is produced from Catarratto grapes that are farmed cooperatively in the Camporeale region of Sicily, fermented and aged for six months in stainless steel tanks, and bottled without fining or filtration, and with minimal added sulphites. Vibrant citrusy acids, and notes of peach and wild flowers.
