Bright and skinsy Catarratto from organic cultivated vines in Alcamo, Sicily. Dry and refreshing with distinctive notes of orchard fruits, sweet peach, almond shavings and saline minerals. Grown on sandy soils, the grapes were picked early to retain freshness before undergoing a short skin-maceration. Raised in inert vats on fine lees after pressing and bottled unfiltered, bringing a gently rustic edge to this pale gold delight. Best paired with tapas and light Summer dishes.
