This lithe and delicate Pinot has wonderful aromatic depth, and is the pride of the domaine. The grapes, which come from two south-east facing plots, are whole bunch macerated in concrete tanks, which are fermented and aged in old barrels, and bottled without filtration, fining or added sulphur. Tiny production and rare, you don’t want to miss out on this.
