Au Fil des Générations is an ode to resilience and heritage, born from the harsh losses of fruit to frost in 2019. Crafted from Ploussard from multiple plots, this unique release is a blend of juice from 2017 and 2019. With spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeast in old oak barrels, the wine was bottled with no filtration, fining, or added sulfur.
This extremely limited cuvée reflects the expressive character that has made Bornard’s wines so sought after. It’s as raw and authentic as they come, showcasing the Jura's natural style with a deep sense of place.
