Made from Catalonian spirit animal grape Xarel Lo, from vines planted in 1985 by Nuria's neighbour. Globally, quite a spiritual year, back in the UK 500 hippies clashed with police at Stonehenge. This wine is rich, brine-y and elegant, the vines proximity to the water mean it's got a punchy saline edge. It's produced in extremely low batches, we just got the last 12 bottles available post Brexit, which actually proved super difficult.
