A beautiful sparkling blend of directly pressed and co-fermented Chardonnay, Viognier and Grenache Noir. Big ripe green apples, honeydew melon and brioche. Fresh and finely textured on the palate with delicate mousse, pleasant bitterness and mineral touches on the finish. Harvested by hand from Anders & Anne’s neighbour in Valvignères, Domaine Mazel, the wine was left to age on lees in bottle for one year before release.
