A Burgundian Aligoté with the energy, tension and character of a Jura white. From vines grown at high altitude close to the village of Marey-les-Fussey, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in 228L and 600L barrels, with only a light filtration and minimal SO2 addition before bottling. With aromas of green apple, lemon peel and dandelion, it is light-footed and smooth, but with an electric drive cutting through.
