A lighter take on skin-contact wine. The wine is produced from young Pinot Bianco vines planted over volcanic soils, with the hand-picked grapes spending five days on the skins before ageing for three months in old casks, and finishing with another three months in vats. An easygoing, crowd-pleasing wine with lots of refreshing citrus and appealing salinity.
