Refreshing and crunchy, but with a sophisticated depth, this is Cab Franc at its best. Produced from 20 year-old vines over clay and limestone, the grapes are fermented whole bunch for a month, with two years in old barrels. Velvety in texture with a harmony of fruit, earth and spice.
