A blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon with striking verve. The wine is produced from a three hectare plot of old vines planted over clay and limestone, with the grapes fermented whole-bunch for a fortnight before ageing in old barrique until the following summer. Deep purple in colour, with intoxicating notes of blackberry, olive brine and wildflowers, it's fresh and energetic on the palate with a subtle minerality.
