Like the man himself, Calek’s wines are wild and free in the best possible way. Here, a blend of Syrah and Grenache are fermented with native yeasts and then aged in oak barrels for eight months, and bottled without any additives. An incredibly drinkable red, with lots of fleshy fruits and Mediterranean herbs, as well as floral and spicy hints, all coming together enticingly in the wine’s velvety texture.
