When the winemaker Roman admitted it’s "a perfect vintage for us!",it was a good sign. And well once we tasted it, we were in full agreement. Balanced, this orange wine nails a 7 day maceration of 60/40 Sauvignon Blend & Loin do L’Oeil, creating a super fresh, zippy, but also mildly savoury wine. We think it would suit chicken and seafood extremely well.
