Blending from two years - 20% Grenache Gris, Blanc & Noir from the 2019 vintage, harmoniously co-fermented with Grenache Gris, Noir & Cinsault from the 2020 harvest, following a 6-day maceration.
A truly great example of the quality of basalt soils, this is showing vibrant fruit flavours and refreshing minerality. Light enough to chill down a little, too. This year’s bbq wine.
