Grenache grown about 3 hundred metres from the med, on sheer shale terraces, constantly battered by the wind. Vines looked after without machines or chemicals, but by hand and mule. This was made by Manuel Di Vecchi Stara’s assistant Francesco. Shades of ruby, sophisticated, intense, wild cliff facing bramble-y, with a saline minerality to top it all off.
