A really expressive and vibrant white from Jura. A blend of equal parts of Chardonnay and Savagnin from their three parcels in Arbois, Molamboz and Montigny-lès-Arsures, half of which is pressed directly, with the remainder destemmed and added to the vat to infuse for three weeks before being pressed off to tank for a year. There’s notes of ripe orchard fruit, citrus of various kinds, and hints of spice and minerals to add complexity.
