In Granada, you’ll see old men drinking jugs of this whilst playing cards long into the night. It’s a field blend of indigenous grapes from vines ranging between 60 to 120 years old, which are macerated for a short time and then aged in stainless steel vats. Pure and fruity, it’s the kind of easy drinking rosé that’ll make you forget time.
