Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc from a 30 year old vineyard of limestone rich soils. Grapes were directly pressed and aged for one year in oak barrels. Much like the 'Equilibriste' cuvée of last year, the wine is pleasingly rich but held together by a strong line of acidity that brings tension. A versatile bottle on any table.
