Light, pert, and easydrinking Pinot. The 50-year-old vines are located in Tuniberg in Germany, and they grow on loess and limestone soils, with the grapes undergoing whole cluster semi-carbonic maceration in wooden and stainless steel vats,  followed by malolactic fermentation in tanks, ageing for 10 months in 228L and 350L barrels, and bottling without filtration and fining, with miniscule levels of sulphur added, if at all. Defined by its lively acidity, with notes of red currant and tart berries.
