Aromas of mediterranean herbs, mint, orange zest and pineapple held together with intense structure, texture and balance. Tropical fruits and candied mandarin on the palate, with a characteristic sandy minerality and savoury finish. Made from different plots of Zibbibo grapes grown on the ‘Soki Soki’ soils. Maceration of different parcels happens in varying time frames - spanning from 1 to 7 days - based on the character of the skins of each pick. Ageing happens on fine lees in barrel and stainless steel.
